Bière Brut is fermented with champagne yeast (Prise de Mousse) and therefore has characteristics of white grapes. This vintage is hopped with Nelson Sauvin for extra character from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It is a sparkling beer with a dry aftertaste and is suitable for any festive occasion.
